Cancellation policy; We require a 48 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. Please understand when we do not get sufficient notice our ability to fill that appointment time is very limited. This affects the livelihood of our stylists as well as the revenue supporting our business. Appointments are confirmed in advance via email and text messaging as a convenience to our guests in recognition of the busy schedules we all lead.
Your credit card will be charged 50% of the service price if you fail to cancel or reschedule before the 48 hour notice. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of service price. A cancellation or rescheduling may be done by calling Navii at 219-865-615.
